Please, have in mind that my prices can change depending on the difficulty of the drawing, that may not have a fixed price.Preços em BRL abaixo! (os extras tem a mesma porcentagem).

Terms Of Service

Please read the rules before buying a commission with me.When you buy anything from me, you're also accepting my TOS and I have all my rights on it.

  • I will not accept you request if I don't feel comfortable drawing it. Please, do not trying to force me to accept it if I already said I don't want to.

  • You have to pay 50% before the sketch and the rest of 50% when I send you the sketch (if you want, you can pay 100% before I start your commission).

  • If something happen and I can't continue your commission for some reason, I will contact you. Please, avoid asking about the commission every day, but feel free to contact me if you want to see how it's going!

  • I will not refund you payment when I already started the sketch.

  • Feel free to ask for changes on your commission.

  • You're not obligated to give any type of tips, but it's very appreciated!

  • Also as I said before, some drawings can be more difficult to draw so it may have a big difference of price. For example, if drawing 5 people + background with full painting results 280 (random number tho) I can ask for 340 instead because of the work I'll have drawing those 5 people.

  • Don't make my drawings a NFT nor use them in any kind of AI

TOS of my designs

I have my legal terms and I won't hesitate to use them, I also have my rights to take my design back in case you keep breaking my rules.

  • I do not give permission to anyone to heavily inspire my OC's - that can result in you being black-listed.

  • Yes, you can use my design you bought for your personal project, modeling as a V-tuber and others (+50USD for commercial use).

  • I do not allow to any of my designs being used for hate speech - such as racism, LGBTQ+phobia, etc. In that circumstance I have my right to take back this OC.

  • In case you're black-listed I don't really care if you own one of my designs before you got into my black-list, but in case you keep breaking my rules I also have my rights to get them back.

  • I also don't care in case you color-pick any of my designs but if you heavily inspire on it or make it look like a rip-off I'll black-list you.

  • I really I'm not a kind of a fight person so I'm going to try to talk to you and be sure it won't happen again. Pretty please, let's avoid confusion :(

  • You can re-sell my design for more than you bought if it has any personal art (commissions are ok if the artist allows it)!

  • If you bought one of my designs/adopts, you can make it irreconcilable, but you must credit me for the original design, and don't resell it for more than you bought, unless it have additional art.

  • Feel free to make changes on the design you bought, draw alternatives designs of them, but always credit me for the original design, even if them look unrecognizable from the start.
